Howdy!
At Banana Design, we value the art of communication both personally and professionally, so here's a bit about me and BD...
I'm a designer, musician, performance artist and curator with a thriving motivation and commitment to creativity. I'm a passionate man, and I get a real buzz out of developing a project from concept to reality and seeing its impact on people.
Bachelor of Design
(First Class Honours)
Between 2014 - 2018 I studied and completed this degree at Massey University in Wellington. This was an incredible period of my life where I learnt the extensive art of design, founding my own principles and modelling them into my work.
Experience
Over the past four years, I've lived and worked in Wellington, Nelson and London and gained a real understanding about the diverse cultures, behaviours and spaces in each of these cities.
I've learnt that SIMPLICITY is both a powerful and beautiful tool, which I now utilise in every project.
Banana Design
After years producing freelance design work for many clients and building my knowledge of business management, I decided to establish my own design business founded on the principles of excellent design and strategy, consistent communication and project management.
Here at the Banana studio, we have a true passion for building the identity of Kiwi brands and businesses, whether it be a modern refresh or a full re-brand, we take on every project with your vision and your audience in mind to turn the first impression into engagement.
